HOW CAN I MAKE THIS CAMPAIGN A SUCCESS?
- By praying for Trinity Episcopal Church.
- By prayerfully responding to God’s gift of love with your generous gifts, OVER AND ABOVE your regular offering.
- By returning your commitment form to the church on or before our Commitment Sundays, May 26 or June 2.
- By celebrating how we are Rooted in Faith, Building to Serve.
THE PARISH HALL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT – PHASE I
Our church stands as a testament to the dedication and generosity of those who came before us, and now it is our turn to carry on their legacy and ensure that Trinity remains a beacon of light and hope in our community.
The Parish Hall Renovation Project represents a significant milestone in the life of our church. It is not merely about bricks and mortar; it is about creating a space that is accessible and where fellowship can flourish, where bonds are strengthened, and where lives are touched and transformed. The project will lay the foundation for future growth and ministry, providing us with accessible and renovated facilities that will better serve the needs of our congregation and the wider community.
I invite each of you to prayerfully consider how you can support this vital initiative. Your financial contributions, no matter what size, will make a difference. Whether it is through a one-time gift, a pledge over time, or a gift designated in your will/trust to Trinity, your participation in our capital campaign will bring our vision for the Parish Hall to fruition.
In addition to your financial support, I also ask for your prayers. Pray for courage, for wisdom, and for discernment. Pray that God’s abundant blessings may continue to flow through Trinity Episcopal Church for generations to come.
Together, let us build on the foundation laid by those who have gone before us.
Together, let us invest in the future of our church and our community.
Together, let us make Phase 1 of the Parish Hall Renovation Project a reality.
Thank you for your faithfulness, your generosity, and your commitment to Trinity. May God bless you abundantly as we journey together in faith.
Trinity Episcopal Church is more than a building. It is a place where community gathers, persons encounter God in Jesus Christ, children thrive, music inspires, and ministries are offered that change lives. Whether people come seeking spiritual guidance, a neighborly connection, or assistance with an urgent need, Trinity Church is a place where all experience God’s love.
After many decades of providing space for ministries, our Parish Hall is in need of accessibility and renovations to be the inviting and welcoming space needed for the next chapter of the Trinity Church’s life.
The vestry, in consultation with the parish, has decided to launch a capital campaign to raise the funds needed to move forward with the Parish Hall Redevelopment Project.

Phase I of the Parish Hall Redevelopment Project includes the following projects and cost projections:
- Creation of an “at grade” fully accessible entrance: $17,500 - $27,500
- Elevator and Shaft structure: $300,000 - $375,000
- Electrical upgrades: $33,000
- ADA compliant bathrooms/plumbing upgrades: $64,000 - $75,000
- Aesthetics and functionality (including air conditioning): $150,000
Phase I meets our needs and satisfies our goals of opening up the building for ministry in and with the whole Oshkosh community. The benefits of this project will:
- Expand and develop Trinity’s capacity for worship, fellowship, and outreach, enabling such things as air-conditioned summer worship and the ability, once again, to cook meals for the congregation and community.
- Give us the opportunity to use the property and be flexible for the needs of members and community partners.
- Prepare our property to be an affordable venue for local nonprofits.
